This agreement governs the relationship between the client (hereafter "User") and TRADEX GROWTH MARKETS LTD, a corporate entity registered in Saint Lucia (Registration No: 2025-00618) with corporate address Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia.
By creating an account, accessing platforms (MT4, MT5, TradingView, cTrader, cTrader APIs), or allocating funds, the User declares full acceptance of these terms.
The User represents that they are at least 18 years of age and hold legal capacity. The User certifies that they are not a citizen or resident of any restricted jurisdictions (including but not limited to the United States, Cuba, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Syria).
Derivative margin trading (Forex, CFD Stocks, Commodities, Crypto indices) carries substantial leverage risk. The User acknowledges that losses can exceed original deposit thresholds. Stop-out levels are enforced automatically at 30% margin level.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any legal disputes arising in connection with services shall be resolved within Saint Lucia courts.
